About the project:
I'd like to showcase some of the designs I crafted for marketing at Jobandtalent, predominantly comprising promotional posts for ads and social media. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work on offline designs, including flyers and posters.
Our approach was to strike a balance between adhering to the core corporate identity while infusing each design with refreshing and diverse elements. This was particularly important because the posts had a relatively brief shelf life, and we needed to consistently capture the attention of new users and entice them with the job opportunities we were featuring.
This project allowed me to explore the dynamic intersection of digital and print design, enhancing my ability to adapt to the rapidly changing demands of the job market and to effectively engage with our audience. It was a rewarding experience that not only expanded my design skills but also contributed to our marketing success.
